Hop Rocket

Brewed using Brewers 2 Row malt and Pilsen Malt with a splash of Carapils. Bravo hops are used for the initial bittering charge and Citra and Mosaic hops are used throughout including a large dry hop.

Theory of Relativity

Grab the Brass Ring

Cream Ale, 5%, 13 IBU Another addition to our Logansport Beer Series, Grab the Brass Ring gives tribute to the Cass County Carousel and it’s lifelong tradition of grabbing a Brass ring to earn a free ride. Produced using a blend of Pilsner, 2 row, flaked corn, and barley with a splash of Sterling hops, this cream ale is an easy drinker while still being light bodied and having a flavor profile to match the malts used.
